If a full improvement apprenticeship is not for your business then I can either delivery specific parts or develop tailored training to suit your particular needs.
I can utilise materials from the apprenticeship to deliver small courses on, for example, problem solving, value stream and process mapping, statistical analysis and statistical process control.
Where appropriate the distance delivery model can be used. However, I much prefer face to face delivery at your site.
